Inbound Transport Planner

Join our TeamAbout this opportunity:We’re looking for an Inbound Transport Planner to ensure material availability by managing international inbound transportation flows from suppliers and global sites into the Guadalajara Operations Hub.This is a hands-on, highly operational role focused on executing shipments, coordinating with logistics providers and customs brokers, and ensuring deliveries arrive on time, at optimal cost, and in full compliance with regulations. You will be part of a lean team, working in a fast-paced environment with strong stakeholder interaction.What you will do:Plan and execute international inbound shipments (air, ocean, and road), including flows from AsiaCoordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth import processesManage end-to-end shipment execution (booking, tracking, and issue resolution)Ensure on-time delivery (OTIF) while optimizing cost and lead timeProactively identify and mitigate risks or delays in transportationMaintain strong follow-up and communication with logistics partners and internal stakeholdersEnsure compliance with customs and international trade regulationsThe skills you bring:2+ years of experience in transport planning or international logisticsHands-on experience with multi-modal transportation (air, ocean, road)Experience working with customs brokers and import/export processesStrong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skillsFluent Spanish (mandatory)Advanced English levelProactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, operational environmentWhy join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
