We’re looking for a Process Engineer to join our Production team and make a direct impact on efficiency, standardization, and problem-solving in a structured, global industrial environment.
Your impact in this role:
- Analyze and optimize production processes ( time studies, methods, line balancing ).
- Implement standard work / defined work and operational standardization.
- Apply FMEA (AMEF) to prevent risk and improve process reliability.
- Lead and support 2 Process Technicians (follow-up, development, execution).
- Partner with Production and Quality on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Process Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Process / Manufacturing Engineer in a plant environment.
- Metal-mechanical industry experience (preferred).
- Intermediate English (able to hold technical conversations).
- Strong analytical mindset, structured working style, and hands-on leadership.
