Q&A Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test strategies, test plans, quality metrics, and comprehensive automated testing solutions.
• Develop, extend, and document automated test cases for software applications.
• Analyze applications to identify automation opportunities and manage test requirement coverage.
• Drive adoption of engineering quality, test health, and release-readiness metrics and dashboards.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and project managers to define quality requirements and execute test plans.
• Resolve technical issues related to identity and access platform components.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional software development or engineering experience using object-oriented frameworks and web technologies.
• At least 1 year of experience developing test automation for software applications.
• Expertise with Selenium, Playwright, or comparable end-to-end test automation frameworks.
• Experience with frontend testing using Blazor or React and backend testing using C# and .NET.
• Experience with manual and automated API and UI testing.
• Experience developing and maintaining continuous integration and test pipeline tools such as Docker and Jenkins.
• Experience with tools including JIRA, Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, Visual Studio IDE, Git, SOAP UI, or Postman.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across remote teams and global organizations.
• Preferred: knowledge of identity and access management concepts, including provisioning, authentication, authorization, RBAC, SSO, and federation.
• Preferred: experience with cybersecurity principles, risk management, access controls, and secure coding practices.
