En ConMet estamos buscando un Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist que disfrute el reclutamiento estratégico, tenga orientación al cliente y quiera ayudarnos a construir un proceso de atracción de talento de clase mundial.
¿Qué experiencia estamos buscando?
✔ Reclutamiento y selección de posiciones de todos los niveles, con mayor enfoque en perfiles Employee (Entry Level a Gerenciales).
✔ Experiencia en industria manufacturera .
✔ Manejo de un ATS (idealmente UKG o Greenhouse ).
✔ Haber participado en la evolución de un modelo de reclutamiento tradicional hacia un esquema de Shared Services .
✔ Experiencia trabajando con métricas de reclutamiento y cumplimiento de SLA's .
✔ Inglés conversacional (B2 o superior).
Ubicación: Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León.
Modalidad: 100% presencial.
Industria: Automotriz Tier 1, con operaciones de Inyección de Plástico, Fundición de Aluminio y Fundición de Hierro.
