Analyst for Channel Sales Operations

This role belongs to the Channel Sales Operations team, collaborating closely with Channel Sales, Finance, and IT to boost visibility, accuracy, and implementation across essential channel programs. The position centers on employing advanced analytics and AI‑based solutions to streamline processes, improve data quality, and promote scalable, data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize channel operations processes (POS, inventory, pricing/quoting, rebates, and partner performance) through system improvements and automation.
• Coordinate and maintain ModelN for the Americas region, ensuring system accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and reporting using PowerBI and AI tools to generate insights, detect anomalies, and support decision‑making.
• Translate business needs into requirements, driving process improvements and cross‑functional alignment with Sales, Finance, IT, and partners.
• Perform data validation, reconcile discrepancies, and provide actionable insights to improve performance and operational outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles.
• Hands‑on experience with ModelN, Excel, and reporting tools such as PowerBI.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to own projects end‑to‑end with strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience bringing to bear AI tools for analytics, automation, or reporting (e.g., generative AI, anomaly detection, data summarization).
• Background in channel sales or semiconductor/high‑tech industry environments.
• Experience building scalable dashboards and data models for business users.
• Strong project management and collaborator management skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.

Scope of Responsibilities

The specified role does not encompass the following responsibilities: Finalization of sales agreements or the execution of sales contracts is prohibited. The role also does not carry the authority to make definitive decisions regarding contracts, be it their conclusion or termination. Furthermore, the role is not designed to involve participation in pricing negotiations or the authorization of contracts. These activities fall beyond the permissible duties of the position.
