PLUXEE MEXICO is seeking a leader for Internal Control and Risk Management in Mexico City. The role involves developing a comprehensive risk management strategy and ensuring regulatory compliance across the organization.

Ideal candidates will have over 7 years of experience in risk management within Fintech or banking, alongside a strong leadership presence, business-level English proficiency, and a collaborative style to mobilize teams towards continuous improvement.
