¿Qué buscamos?
Será el puente estratégico entre las áreas de negocio y el equipo de Hiring. Su misión es conectar las necesidades del cliente con la capacidad operativa del equipo, priorizar estratégicamente las vacantes y garantizar cobertura con calidad, velocidad y método.
Este rol combina pensamiento analítico, criterio técnico y liderazgo consultivo: traduce los objetivos del negocio en acciones concretas de atracción de talento, utilizando data, narrativa ejecutiva y manejo político con stakeholders internos y externos.
Aunque es un perfil hands‑on, su participación en sourcing se orienta a búsquedas críticas o estratégicas, manteniendo enfoque en el análisis, la priorización y la influencia sobre los managers.
Responsabilidades clave
- Definir junto con el Team Leader y managers la priorización estratégica de vacantes , equilibrando urgencia, rentabilidad y capacidad del equipo.
- Ser interlocutor directo con managers, CS y clientes externos , liderando reuniones de planeación, performance y cierre de procesos.
- Garantizar cobertura, velocidad y calidad de contratación , con tableros de control, análisis de funnel y gestión de SLA.
- Elaborar y presentar reportes ejecutivos y narrativas de avance , con foco en data, contexto y soluciones (TTF, fill rate, calidad de hire, NPS).
- Participar activamente en búsquedas
- Detectar cuellos de botella y coordinar mejoras en procesos, evaluación técnica o interacción con managers.
- Alinear decisiones de oferta, negociación y contratación con People y dirección local.
- Reforzar la confianza del negocio en el área de Hiring mediante comunicación constante, visibilidad de datos y entregables confiables.
- Actuar como voz consultiva ante los líderes de cuenta, explicando riesgos, escenarios y alternativas con claridad.
- Promover una cultura de accountability y gestión basada en evidencia.
Requisitos técnicos y habilidades
- 5+ años en reclutamiento TI o atracción de talento tecnológico , al menos 2 en funciones consultivas
- Conocimiento sólido de stacks tecnológicos (FullStack, Cloud, QA, Data, PM/Agile).
- Dominio de LinkedIn Recruiter y ATS (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever o similar).
- Capacidad avanzada en análisis de métricas, dashboards y storytelling con datos.
- Habilidad política para influir y negociar con stakeholders senior y áreas técnicas.
- Inglés intermedio (no indispensable).
Experiencia y formación
- Experiencia comprobable en consultoría, staffing o vendors TI.
- Formación en Psicología, Administración, Ingeniería o afín.
- Deseable experiencia con modelos RPO o SLA.
