Procure To Pay Senior Manager Americas (Guadalajara)

Overview

Govern all Procure to Pay processes for America – Establishes new processes, monitors performance and drives continuous improvement in end-to-end IGS P2P process performance; serves as the primary liaison between corporate procurement/COEs, regional and local personnel in the P2P processes and their customers regarding process performance and improvement activities. The P2P process leader works closely with the company's businesses and other functions to understand their individual requirements from the P2P processes. The P2P leader drives improvements to raise the performance of the company's P2P processes by utilizing lean process management, continuous improvement and KPI-based performance management.

Core Responsibilities

• People Management – Oversee multiple functions in IGS that service multiple stakeholders.
• Lead teams in line with Ingredion's Vision and to meet or exceed goals and objectives.
• Drive employee engagement and implement relevant programs.
• Ensure that teams continuously develop capabilities and skills for continuous improvement within the P2P value stream.
• Ensure individual development plans are in place for team members to progress in their career aspirations.
• Ensure team members maintain required capabilities/skills.
• Hire, train, and direct team members.
• Conduct performance management.
• Support safety requirements and initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• IGS P2P process leadership – Lead transformation efforts to enhance IGS P2P processes, aligning with industry best practices, digital transformation strategies, and business needs.
• Drive alignment with key business partners and cross-functional teams to integrate P2P into broader company goals and strategies.
• Oversee performance of the end-to-end P2P process, including procurement, purchase order management, invoice processing, payment execution and related controls.
• Standardize and streamline end-to-end P2P processes across all regions, ensuring alignment with compliance and corporate governance.
• Implement innovative process improvements leveraging digital tools to increase efficiency and drive improved process.
