Sales Support Analyst

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Analyst to support our sales team in Mexico City . This role is essential to ensuring the efficiency of our commercial operations, enabling Sales Executives to focus on client acquisition and relationship management.

You will act as a key partner to the sales team, supporting deal flow, managing client documentation, coordinating communications, and maintaining CRM data integrity in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to Sales Executives;
• Assist in managing the sales pipeline and tracking opportunities;
• Prepare sales materials, proposals, and client-facing documentation;
• Support outbound and inbound client communications;
• Coordinate meetings, client calls, and follow-ups;
• Track client onboarding progress and ensure timely completion of documentation;
• Monitor pending items and proactively follow up with clients and internal stakeholders;
• Ensure a smooth handoff between sales, underwriting, and operations teams;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (HubSpot or similar);
• Generate reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and KPIs;
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvemen
• Organize commercial information and documentatiot;
• Support internal reporting and business reviewn;
• Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or administrative roles;
• Experience in B2B environments, preferably in fintech, financial services, or lending;
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred);
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite;
• Ability to manage and analyze data efficiently;
• High sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making ability;
• Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented.
