About This Role:

We are hiring a Performance Creative & Meta Marketing Specialist for a growing eCommerce consumer lifestyle brand. You will create and organize high-volume Meta ad assets, upload and manage creatives in Ads Manager, and turn weekly campaign feedback into fast creative updates and new variations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-volume, performance-focused static ads and simple creative variations for Meta.

• Adapt existing brand assets into new formats, layouts, hooks, copy variations, and campaign sizes.

• Handle basic video layouts, captions, or simple edits when needed; advanced video editing is not required.

• Upload and organize ads in Meta Ads Manager while following detailed file naming and asset organization standards.

• Join weekly advertising meetings, take clear action items, and execute creative updates independently.

• Review existing ads and campaign feedback to produce new iterations, optimizations, and test variations.

• Keep creative files, folders, and Meta assets organized and easy to search.

• Suggest additional creative ideas or testing opportunities based on campaign needs and what is working in the market.

• Support broader brand and design projects as the role grows.

Qualifications:

• At least 4–6 years of experience in graphic design, performance creative, digital marketing, paid social creative, content marketing, or a similar role.

• Experience creating conversion-focused ads for eCommerce, DTC, consumer, or retail brands.

• Strong skills in static ad design, resizing, reformatting, creative iteration, and working from existing brand assets.

• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including uploading ads and organizing campaign assets.

• Able to follow detailed naming conventions, file structures, creative briefs, and brand guidelines.

• Comfortable producing a high volume of creative without sacrificing accuracy or organization.

• Able to understand marketing feedback and turn it into clear creative updates.

• Basic video editing, captioning, or motion design skills are a plus but not required.

• Highly independent, organized, dependable, and comfortable working as an individual contributor.

• Strong English communication skills and able to work effectively with creative and marketing teams.

Shift Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, with required overlap during US business hours for weekly ads calls, creative reviews, campaign coordination, and team communication. Exact working hours and the required amount of overlap will be agreed upon directly between the contractor and the client.
