Position Overview

As a Bilingual Contact Center Agent, you will provide exceptional customer support to English and Spanish-speaking customers through inbound and outbound phone calls. You will deliver accurate solutions, build positive customer relationships, and ensure every interaction reflects Oportun's commitment to outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist customers by answering questions and resolving account-related inquiries.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions while following company policies and procedures.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Meet quality, compliance, and productivity goals.
• Represent Oportun's values in every customer interaction.

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Previous experience in Call Center, Sales, or Collections is preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and web-based applications.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Minimum education: Middle School
• Must currently reside in León, Guanajuato
• Available to work full-time, including rotating shifts and weekends.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
