Main Responsibilities

• Convert business requirements into high‑quality solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders to continually demonstrate, refine, and improve our products.
• Operate within an Agile/Scrum team and participate in team Scrum events.
• Work alongside the Deere Product Manager and third‑party functional consultants to develop a deep understanding of the constantly evolving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform.
• Collaborate with the scrum team to analyze medium to high complexity requests and formulate plans for execution with minimum supervision.
• Provide production support of the system.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) development experience, Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.
• Experience with software test automation techniques (Test Driven Development) and unit test frameworks.
• Ability to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into technical solutions.
• Understanding of ERP tools and related business processes.
• Proven experience in an Agile/Scrum team environment.

Desired Credentials

• Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer (MB‑500) certification or equivalent experience strongly desired.
• Experience in X++ development using extensions and custom service development in X++ preferred.
• Previous experience with C# and/or .NET framework strongly desired.
• Appetite for continuous learning and willingness/dedication to develop deep technical skills needed to further develop, transform, and modernize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Commerce products, processes, and solutions.
• Previous experience working with Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.
• Capable of collaborating with multiple business stakeholders to provide information technology solutions.
• Skilled in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience in a related career field.
