Elective Medical Account Executive / SDR / Appointment Setter

Are you an Account Executive, SDR or Appointment Setter and tired of calling unqualified leads, getting shouted at on the phone because the leads do not want to talk to you and the overall feeling of being rejected on every text message you send? If so, read on…

We are a digital marketing agency that generates WARM leads for our clients and book them into LASIK vision consultations. Here’s what a typical day-to-day looks like for our appointment setters…

  • Watch the “New Leads,” list for any new notifications from the ads we run.
  • Call every lead within 5 minutes of them opting-in
  • Run the prospect through our proven call script
  • Set an appointment in our customer’s calendar
  • Repeat

IMPORTANT: Your written and spoken English must be flawless, a 9 out of 10.

ALSO IMPORTANT: This is a sales position.

Although what we're "selling" are free LASIK appointments, sales skills are required to book people into appointments. As well as hitting sales goals (number of booked appointments) monthly.

Currently, this process is generating 111 qualified leads per month, per customer for our team.

Every lead who opts into our funnel is actively raising their hand asking for information on the procedures our clients provide!

This is a full-time, Monday - Friday remote position with starting pay of $1,120 base salary plus monthly bonuses of $500+. Average total monthly compensation ranging from $1,620 - $2,000+.

Again, your written and verbal communication for English must be excellent.
