Salesforce Admin Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator with strong Business Analyst capabilities to enhance and support our Salesforce platform.

The role focuses on forecasting and reporting modules, product catalog management, and coordination of development efforts.

The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with analytical insight to drive platform improvements and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Salesforce environment for optimal performance.
• Handle user management, permissions, and access controls.
• Implement and maintain Salesforce security measures and backup protocols.

Forecasting and Reporting

• Develop and maintain Salesforce forecasting and reporting tools.
• Create and automate dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business metrics.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of forecasts.
• Oversee product catalog setup, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and categorization.
• Coordinate with product and marketing teams to integrate new products.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy of product information across platforms.

Business Analysis

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce enhancements.
• Conduct data analysis to identify improvements in sales processes and customer engagement.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams.

Training and Support

• Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce tools and best practices.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes, reports, and enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce forecasting and reporting modules.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Familiarity with product catalog management in Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and using Salesforce analytics tools.

• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
