HR Data Analyst
Grupo DEACERO
Transformar los datos de recursos humanos en insights accionables que apoyen la toma de decisiones sobre atracción, desarrollo y retención de talento, apalancando el Sistema de Información de Recursos Humanos corporativo (HRIS) y herramientas de inteligencia artificial para automatizar reportes y generar hallazgos relevantes para la operación.
Responsabilidades
- Construir y mantener dashboards de indicadores clave de RH (rotación, ausentismo, headcount, tiempo de cobertura de vacantes)
- Extraer, limpiar y consolidar datos desde el HRIS corporativo, encuestas de clima, evaluaciones y nómina
- Usar herramientas de IA generativa para automatizar reportes, resumir tendencias y acelerar el análisis
- Apoyar análisis predictivos básicos (riesgo de rotación, patrones de desempeño)
- Traducir hallazgos en presentaciones claras para HRBPs, líderes de RH y del negocio
- Cuidar la calidad, integridad y confidencialidad de los datos del personal
Requisitos
- Licenciatura en Administración, RH, Psicología organizacional, Ing. Industrial, Datos o afín
- Recién egresado o hasta 2 años de experiencia en análisis de datos
- Excel avanzado y manejo de herramientas de visualización (Power BI o similar)
- Familiaridad con herramientas de IA generativa (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) aplicadas a análisis
- Disponibilidad para trabajar 100% presencial
- Pensamiento analítico y buena comunicación de hallazgos

- Exposición previa a un HRIS empresarial (SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM o similar)
- SQL o Python básico
