Accounts Payable Senior Specialist (Isla Guadalupe)

Job Summary

Ensure timely processing, analysis, and efficient resolution of invoices, in compliance with internal policies and vendor agreements.

Location & Work Model

80% remote work, 20% onsite in Guadalupe NL.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Process vendor invoices in accordance with established procedures.
• Analyze discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, and goods receipts.
• Resolve invoice-related issues in collaboration with vendors and internal departments.
• Verify correct accounting allocation and compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and perform reconciliations as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in invoice processing or accounts payable.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service orientation.
