Capgemini busca un Senior Support Engineer para liderar el soporte productivo en entornos bancarios en Ciudad de México. Se trabajará de forma presencial y se coordinará con equipos globales para mantener la disponibilidad y el rendimiento de servicios críticos.
La posición requiere experiencia en Java, Linux/Unix, Oracle y middleware, junto con monitoreo y observabilidad. Se valoran certificaciones ITIL y habilidades en RCA, CI/CD y scripting (Python, Shell).
