Analista de Soporte HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
Objetivo del puesto
Brindar soporte funcional y operativo a los usuarios del sistema de Capital Humano, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de los diferentes módulos mediante la atención de incidencias, capacitación a usuarios, documentación de procesos y participación en pruebas e implementaciones de mejoras.
Responsabilidades principales
- Atender, dar seguimiento y resolver tickets relacionados con los módulos del sistema de Capital Humano.
- Diagnosticar y solucionar incidencias funcionales y operativas.
- Capacitar a usuarios finales sobre el uso adecuado de la plataforma.
- Elaborar, actualizar y mantener manuales, guías y documentación de procesos.
- Participar en pruebas funcionales y validaciones de nuevas configuraciones, mejoras y actualizaciones.
- Colaborar con especialistas y áreas internas para la resolución de incidencias de mayor complejidad.
- Apoyar en proyectos de mejora continua e implementación de nuevas funcionalidades.
- Monitorear la correcta operación del sistema y asegurar una experiencia positiva para los usuarios.
Perfil requerido
- Licenciatura terminada en Sistemas, Tecnologías de la Información, Ingeniería Industrial, Recursos Humanos, Administración o afín.
Experiencia
- Mínimo 1 a 2 años en soporte de sistemas de Recursos Humanos, Capital Humano o plataformas empresariales.
- Atención y seguimiento de tickets.
- Capacitación a usuarios finales.
- Elaboración de documentación y manuales.
- Participación en pruebas funcionales y validación de cambios.
Conocimientos deseables
- Sistemas HRIS o de Capital Humano.
- Nómina, tiempo y asistencia, expedientes digitales o procesos de Recursos Humanos.
- Gestión de incidencias y soporte a usuarios.
- Excel intermedio.
- Elaboración de procedimientos y documentación.

Ofrecemos
- Horario: lunes a jueves de 8:00 a.m. a 5:30 p.m. y viernes de 8:00 a.m. a 2:00 p.m.
