Manufacturing Engineer

Koch Engineered Solutions is looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer to our new manufacturing facility in support of our Koch-Glitsch business. This position is in Apodaca, Mexico.

In this role you will drive delivery of profitable, high-quality projects on time through planning and execution of project schedules and clear communication with internal stakeholders. You will oversee project schedules, project financials, and accounts receivable, coach and mentor team members, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders such as Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing to set strategy and project direction.
• Partner with the Commercial team to optimize the strategic approach to order execution.
• Oversee project schedules, project financials, and accounts receivable.
• Coach and mentor team members to meet customer expectations.
• Drive actions to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on them to stakeholders.
• Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives through project retrospectives.

Requirements (Basic Qualifications)

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Valid VISA and Passport.

• Experience in fabrication and engineer-to-order (ETO) environments.
• Ability to drive profitable outcomes by applying Lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
• Track record in Project Management focused on executing strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
