VP, Global Client Strategy (Marketing)

Reporting to a senior executive leader, the Vice President, Global Client Strategy (Marketing) will lead strategic initiatives focused on enhancing client outcomes, operational performance, and business growth across a portfolio of key global Healthcare and Financial accounts. This role partners closely with senior account leaders and cross-functional teams to drive transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen client partnerships and deliver measurable business impact.

The successful candidate will support the development and execution of strategic programs designed to improve marketing effectiveness, elevate client experiences, optimize operational performance, and support growth within complex and highly regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and support the deployment of transformation initiatives for Healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with industry trends such as client-centric marketing, regulatory compliance, omnichannel engagement, real-world data insights, and digital health enablement.
• Partner with account leadership and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency, service quality, and overall business performance. Encourage data-driven decision-making and the adoption of innovative solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, understanding complex regulatory environments and patient/customer needs. Position our company as a strategic partner in marketing execution, innovation, and digital transformation across healthcare ecosystems.
• Collaborate with commercial and account leadership to develop go-to-market strategies to expand footprint within Consumer Health/Healthcare, including the pharma segment.
• Lead transformation and change initiatives across client organizations and internal teams, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
• Integrate sustainable practices and ensure strict adherence to global and regional healthcare regulations, including promotional compliance, data privacy, and ethical marketing standards
• Partner with Sr. commercial and client leadership teams to identify and secure new business opportunities through differentiated, innovative, and customer-focused solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• +12 years of proven experience in account management, sales, or marketing within Consumer Health, Life Sciences, healthcare, pharma, or FMCG industries.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, patient engagement, retail and pharmacy activation and industry dynamics.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated track record of driving growth and delivering results.
• Advanced English.
