A leading company in the pharmaceutical sector is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to act as a strategic business partner, driving financial decision-making and ensuring regulatory and tax compliance.

Position Objective

Serve as the strategic link between Finance and operational areas, providing high-impact financial analysis, strategic planning, and performance control to ensure the achievement of business objectives in Mexico.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
• Advanced professional English (required).

Strong knowledge of:

• Full accounting cycle.
• Financial reporting and financial analysis in Mexico.
• Financial planning processes: budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term projections.
• Financial modeling and projection models.
• Business case evaluation and follow-up.
• Expense control and performance analysis (budget vs. actual).
• External financial audits under IFRS and NIF.
• Tax compliance for legal entities.
• Tax recovery processes (VAT).
