Quality Engineer - Software & Configuration Manager

Role Description
We are seeking a Quality Engineer - Software & Configuration Manager to join our team in an on-site, full-time capacity at our facility in Guadalajara, Mexico Metropolitan Area. This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software and hardware products, maintaining configuration records, and implementing systematic quality and assurance practices. Duties include executing quality control processes, managing product quality requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to adhere to best practices, and resolving potential quality issues.
Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Engineering and Quality Assurance methodologies
- Proficiency in Quality Control processes and tools
- Expertise in Product Quality and Quality Management systems
- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance standards and regulatory requirements
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Experience in medical devices or healthcare technologies is a plus
- Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
