Engineering Manager - Analog & Mixed-Signal Layout

Link-Worldwide is seeking a HIG-HBM ENGINEERING MANAGER based in Mexico, Jalisco, Región Centro. This role requires managing a team to design and develop critical analog and mixed-signal layouts, while ensuring quality checks and on-time delivery of layouts.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in analog/custom layout design, manage layout teams, and be well-versed in Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Graphic Calibre tools. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans tailored to meet family healthcare needs.
