Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Ensure compliance with FF indicators (+QDIPA).
• Daily management (Gemba).
• Compliance with the board requirements and maintain Standard Work documentation up to date.
• Administration of personnel and assigned resources.
• Focus on quality and productivity goals.
• Ensure a healthy and respectful work environment within the team.
• Daily focus on continuous improvement.
• Ensure order and cleanliness standards are met in the assigned area.
• Monitor and approve payroll.
• Employee retention dashboard management.
• Lead the team to ensure achievement of hour-by-hour board targets.
• Control turnover levels to remain below 2%.
• Increase production outcomes.
• Measure and improve ramp‑up/learning curve times for team members.
• Manage and understand KANBAN processes.
• Availability and schedule flexibility.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cell Leader or in a similar related role.
• English proficiency preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of professional experience, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
