Project Manager (Medical Industry) (Ciudad Juárez)

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee projects in the medical devices sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires a deep understanding of project management methodologies and a solid grasp of the regulatory requirements specific to the medical devices industry.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate production line transfers (logistics and execution).
• Plan, organize, and monitor activities/deliverables using project trackers.
• Build connections and collaborations with cross‑functional departments at all levels.
• Coordinate teams to meet timelines, budget, and quality goals.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and CE standards.
• Manage budgets and financial reporting.
• Lead and support project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Master's or PMP (Desirable).
• 10+ years of experience in the medical device industry.
• 5 years of experience in project management.
• Experience in scheduling and managing meetings with core and lead teams.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Project or Jira.
• Schedule availability and flexibility.
• Committed, results‑oriented, and highly responsible.
