CRM Functional Analyst

Responsibilities

• Shape the functional design and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Power Platform solutions to align with business objectives and deliver best‑in‑class processes.
• Optimize the current implementation of D365 according to the needs of Azelis.
• Act as a functional expert for Sales & Marketing, understanding the components and processes in use and supporting commercial operations to achieve best practice processes with D365.
• Deliver end‑user training and create/maintain functional training materials.
• Work with business to identify and improve the ease‑of‑use of D365.
• Provide insights into user needs related to D365 and recommend enhancements.
• Support the team in solving requests and incidents while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Serve as an ambassador of Azelis digital products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM consultant or analyst in multiple CRM implementations.
• Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, Customer Voice & Copilot is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of Agile working methodologies.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems or similar through experience.
• Ability to shape the next generation CRM experience for commercial teams worldwide.
