Repair Center and Maintenance Specialist

Together with more than 6,700 employees across 30 countries, we work on inspired solutions, for a better today and a sustainable tomorrow.We’re looking for an experienced, passionate and customer focused Repair Center and Maintenance Specialist, based in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, to become a member of our Fronius México Team.In this role, your responsibilities will include:Diagnosis, repair, and conversion of Fronius equipment.Development and improvement of repair processes (timely and with quality).Development of tools focused on customer service.Technical support to customers regarding repair follow-up.Preparation of technical reports.Warehouse management (cycle counts, replenishment improvements).Identification and improvement of opportunities based on KPI results.ERP system management.Follow-up of service cases in CRM.Support in basic facility maintenance activities.We're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:Electronics, Mechatronics, or related Engineering degree1–2 years of experience in diagnosis and repair of industrial or welding equipment.Ability to read technical manuals and electrical diagrams.Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and inventory management.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Customer-oriented with good communication skills.What can you expect from us:Competitive benefits package.10 vacation days since day one.Flex-time.Paid time off (sickness days, personal time).Christmas bonus 30 days’ salary.Grocery vouchers.Savings fund.Minor and major medical expenses insurance.Life insurance.Are you ready for Fronius?
