Global Sourcing Lead: Best-Cost Regions & Suppliers

Stryker Group

Stryker Group in Mexico is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to identify and manage global suppliers, drive cost optimization, and ensure supply continuity across multiple categories. You will lead qualification, negotiations, and supplier performance programs while coordinating with quality, engineering, legal, finance, and logistics teams.

The role requires 10+ years in sourcing/procurement, English fluency, and willingness to travel internationally.
