Bilingual Diabetes Care Support Specialist

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Bilingual Diabetes Care Specialist to provide high-quality customer education and support for the Omnipod product portfolio. This role focuses on assisting patients with diabetes through phone interactions, ensuring effective onboarding and troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, and a background in clinical settings. This position will require in-person office work and may involve holiday and weekend coverage.
