Lead QA Analyst - Generative AI Data Quality & Ops
Welo Global
Welo Global is seeking a Quality Program Manager in Mexico to oversee client-specific quality programs, ensuring performance metrics and effective team development. The role requires setting quality assurance strategies and managing client escalations while collaborating with the Ops Manager.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in quality/operations, and strong communication skills. Must be comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
