About the Role:

• Role: Partner Payment Specialist
• Location: Mexico City (Hybrid)
• Employment Type:(The contract has a duration of 6 months with benefits, Good chances to extend)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage partner/vendor payments, including invoice validation, reconciliation, and disbursement
• Analyze and process large datasets to calculate payments and ensure accuracy
• Identify and resolve payment discrepancies and billing issues
• Generate and maintain payment reports and financial documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Sales Ops, Procurement) and external partners
• Support purchase requisitions and procurement processes
• Conduct audits and compliance checks for payment accuracy
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in Finance, Accounting, Payments, or Revenue Operations
• Strong skills in data analysis and reconciliation
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, large datasets)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders
