NPI Quality Engineer

We are looking for a NPI Quality Engineer.

What will you do?

• The NPI Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of new products during their introduction phase.
• This role involves collaboration with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to implement robust quality assurance practices that meet regulatory and customer requirements.

How will you do it?

• Guide cross-functional teams during the new product introduction phase, ensuring adherence to quality standards and clear accountability for outcomes.
• Develop and implement quality plans and controls that prioritize critical product features, reducing obstacles and ensuring seamless integration into production.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by utilizing feedback, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions effectively.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to share insights and develop solutions that enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the success of new product introductions and suggest improvements as necessary.
• Support the validation of manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in product audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues early in the development cycle.

What are we looking for?

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven expertise in quality engineering tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA) and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Preferred: Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
• Familiarity with global quality standards and regulatory compliance.
