Technichal Specialist Bilingual Agent
- Salario: $20,400 brutos mensuales.
- Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 7am-4pm / 9am-6pm (horarios rotativos).
- Modalidad: Híbrido 3 días presencial 2 días Home Office.
- Ubicación: Av. Insurgentes Sur 1079, Colonia:, Noche Buena, Benito Juárez, 03720 Ciudad de México, CDMX
- Tipo de contrato: Por proyecto - Temporalidad indeterminada.
Actividades principales :
- Colaborar directamente con los equipos de Ventas y Servicios de la empresa, interactuando con Fabricantes de Equipo Original (OEM), redes de distribuidores (incluyendo técnicos, jefes de taller y administradores de garantías), usuarios finales y profesionales de ingeniería
- Resolución de problemas técnicos, dictaminación de garantías y soporte de producto y atención al cliente para sistemas de camiones y remolques de servicio mediano y pesado.
- Interpretar diagramas eléctricos e hidráulicos y colaborar con un grupo diverso de expertos de la industria.
- Brindar soporte a los productos maneja la empresa que incluyen sistemas ABS neumáticos/hidráulicos, productos ADAS, frenos de base, sistemas de procesamiento de aire, sistemas de control de suspensión del vehículo, controles de embrague, sistemas de monitoreo de presión de llantas y otros sistemas avanzados del vehículo.

Requerimientos de la vacan te:
- De 2 a 3 años de experiencia en resolución de problemas técnicos, dictaminación de garantías, soporte de producto y atención al cliente en sistemas.
- Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos e hidráulicos.
- Habilidades de comunicación técnica y bilingüe (inglés y español).
- Orientación al cliente.
- Disponibilidad de cumplir con los horarios rotativos de trabajo:
De Lunes a Viernes:
