Si tienes experiencia en Customer Service dentro del sector automotriz , dominas SAP , trabajas con portales OEM y cuentas con un enfoque sólido en análisis de datos y cumplimiento de entregas, ¡esta oportunidad es para ti!
Tu impacto será clave para garantizar un excelente desempeño en las entregas y la satisfacción de nuestros clientes.
Objetivo del Puesto
Evaluar y analizar información de procesos y sistemas para:
- Optimizar inventarios y programas de producción.
- Resolver desviaciones en las entregas.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de releases y requerimientos del cliente.
- Proponer mejoras para lograr un Delivery Performance Superior .
Perfil Requerido
✔ 3 a 5 años de experiencia en Customer Service dentro de la industria automotriz (indispensable).
✔ Inglés avanzado.
✔ Manejo de SAP.
✔ APICS (deseable).
✔ Experiencia en portales OEM como:
- BMW
- STELLANTIS
- MAGNA
- GM
- FORD
- Otros OEMs.
✔ Experiencia en análisis de datos, seguimiento de KPIs y enfoque a resultados.
✔ Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas.
Principales Responsabilidades
- Seguimiento a releases, forecast y requerimientos del cliente.
- Análisis de inventarios y programas de producción.
- Coordinación con las áreas de Producción, Planeación y Logística.
- Atención y seguimiento a clientes nacionales e internacionales.
- Implementación de mejoras continuas en los procesos de servicio.
