International Recruiter - Brazil Operations

Location: Querétaro, Mexico

Language Requirements: Portuguese (Fluent/Native) and Advanced Intermediate English

About the Opportunity

We are hiring a Recruiter to support talent acquisition activities across Brazil. This role is responsible for recruiting a diverse range of technical, engineering and administrative positions , partnering closely with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Brazilian labor market , experience recruiting across multiple regions, and fluency in Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for technical, professional, and administrative positions throughout Brazil.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies utilizing various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Conduct candidate screenings, competency-based interviews, and talent assessments in remote mode.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide market intelligence and recruiting insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring progress.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent Portuguese (Required).
• Advanced Intermediate English (Required).
• Experience filling both technical and administrative positions .
• Proven knowledge of key Brazilian regions and talent markets, including São Paulo (SP), Vinhedo, Campinas, Campo Largo , and surrounding areas.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Must be located or willing to relocate to Querétaro, Mexico.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in multinational organizations or Shared Service Centers.
• Data-driven approach to talent acquisition and recruitment strategy.
