Lead Performance Test Engineer (Guadalajara)

You will help shape our performance testing strategy and ensure the reliability, capacity, and scalability of our systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in building out performance testing strategy, plan, and frameworks.
• Provide guidance to cross‑functional teams to set automation standards and govern compliance.
• Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity, and scalability.
• Establish and manage quality gates for product releases based on product SLA.
• Design and develop testing frameworks based on specified recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience with performance analysis and JMeter.
• Expertise in any programming language (Java, Groovy, C#, or any other suitable language for developing JMeter scripts and creating mock services).
• Experience with tools for collecting and visualizing metrics (InfluxDB, Telegraph, Grafana, Prometheus).
• Strong understanding and experience with REST and SOAP standards.
• Proven history with analytical and problem‑solving skills.
