Workday Grants Post-Production Support Consultant

If you live and breathe Workday Financials, know the ins and outs of Grants, and love solving complex puzzles for global clients, this 100% remote, 1-year contract (with extension potential) is for you.

What you’ll do:
✅ Own operational support and optimization projects for live Workday Financials clients.
✅ Act as the ultimate Subject Matter Expert (SME) in troubleshooting complex Financials modules.
✅ Lead client sessions to scope challenges and turn them into best-practice solutions.
✅ Perform system health checks and continuous performance tuning.
What we’re looking for:
4+ years of experience supporting live Workday Financials environments.
Current Certifications: Workday Financials (Grants is highly preferred, along with Record to Report, Contracts to Cash, or Banking & Settlement).
️ Excellent communication skills (English B2+/C1) to translate complex financial concepts into clear solutions.
Based in LATAM (Remote position)
