Engineering Supervisor - Lean Manufacturing & CI Leader

Link-Worldwide is seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join their team in Tijuana, Baja California. The role involves overseeing an engineering team to ensure project success and high-quality manufacturing standards.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of engineering experience, including 2 years in a leadership position. A Bachelor's degree in engineering and knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies are preferred. The position also offers a competitive salary and benefits.
