FAE Assistant Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities

?? Lead second-level hardware failure analysis and technical troubleshooting.
?? Drive root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
?? Provide technical support to Supplier Quality (SQM) regarding material rejection reports.
?? Manage and oversee the PE Repair Room .
?? Support root cause analysis for NDF material within the assigned area.
?? Serve as the primary technical interface with customers.
?? Lead initiatives focused on improving First Pass Yield (FPY) .
?? Participate in customer meetings and provide technical support.
?? Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics , or a related field.
? 10+ years of experience in PCBA manufacturing .
? Strong background in PCB assembly, testing, and validation processes.
? Ability to read and interpret schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs, and technical documentation.
? Hands-on experience supporting high-volume manufacturing and New Product Introduction (NPI).
? Proficient in the use of electronic test equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, logic analyzers, and signal generators.
? Experience with electronic circuit analysis, troubleshooting, and validation.
? Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
? Previous experience as a Product Engineer, Failure Analysis Engineer, Design Engineer, Validation Engineer , or a related technical role.
