Accounts receivable analyst (La Cañada)

We are hiring Accounts Receivable Analyst
Location: Queretaro, Mexico
Reporting to: Finance Manager Mexico
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process and record invoices, ensuring compliance with fiscal requirements and internal accounting procedures.
- Review and validate invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage payments, credits, and customer accounts.
- Maintain the accounts receivable portfolio up to date, ensuring timely collections.
- Ensure consistent monthly cash flow by securing company revenue collection targets.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer payments and resolve any discrepancies.
- Support the achievement of the company's monthly revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration (with a focus on Accounting).
- At least 3 years of experience in Credit & Collections, managing transactions in both MXN and USD.
- Strong proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills.
- Intermediate to advanced English level.
