Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer (Node.Js/React.Js) (Xico)

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features;
• Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery;
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a collaborative development environment;
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues as they arise;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies;
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Must haves

• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, NodeJS, and MongoDB;
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks;
• Experience with performance optimization techniques;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude;
• Leadership experience, with the ability to guide and mentor a development team;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to haves

• Experience in the insurance or risk management industry;
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools;
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
