As we Create with Collaboration, Serve with Integrity, Grow with Excellence, and Advance with Innovation.As the **Planner/Scheduler** you will be responsible for managing a correct alignment between the demand and supply of spare parts, ensuring effective requirements planning to guarantee supply and compliance with the delivery plan to customers, thus achieving total customer satisfaction.You will work onsite in Puebla, MX and report to the Supply Chain Manager for JBTM LATAM region. **On a given day, you may:*** Analyze spare parts turnover and classify them as high, medium, and low, as well as critical parts.* Plan advance purchases of high-turnover spare parts, critical parts, and safety stock.* Manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) according to inventory levels, lead times, and pre-established reorder points.* Track spare parts ordered through purchase orders from issuance to customer delivery.* Generate monthly KPIs and reports for the Supply Chain area.* Generate documentation for preparing shipments to customers.* Invoice spare parts and services.* Assist with conducting physical inventories.**Requirements:*** Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or similar.* Advanced Excel (Mandatory)* Languages: Spanish: Advanced & English: beginner.* Experience with Material Requirements Planning (Oracle, SAP, JDE, other)* **3–5 years of experience** managing inventory levels and demand planning to optimize supply chain efficiency**We are committed to our employees** and will provide you with development and opportunities to allow you to be the best version of yourself at work, at home, and in your community.**We foster a genuine inclusive team culture enjoying** collaborative working across our global teams to deliver world-class projects.**We encourage development** - ensuring new experiences and challenges at JBT Marel to feed your growth!#LI-AR1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
