Materials Manager

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead and coordinate production planning, procurement, inventory control, and logistics operations to ensure seamless material flow across the organization
• Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while balancing cost efficiency and operational performance
• Oversee supplier performance in quality, delivery, and cost, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues effectively
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging lean manufacturing, continuous improvement tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Develop, coach, and support team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
• Align departmental strategies with organizational objectives through effective planning, communication, and execution
• Monitor key performance indicators such as inventory turns, on-time delivery, and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ethical business practices
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, quality, finance, and HR to support business operations

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Demonstrated experience leading materials, supply chain, or logistics operations in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, procurement, and warehouse management processes
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make decisions that impact operational performance
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and standard business tools
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and functions
• Ability to lead teams, prioritize work, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or process optimization methodologies
• Background in supply chain optimization, cost management, or demand planning
• Familiarity with quality management systems or industry standards
• Certification in supply chain, operations, or related disciplines
• Experience supporting large or complex manufacturing operations
