Lead Generation Executive

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our Monterrey office. This role is designed for entry-level professionals—whether recent graduates or candidates with some experience—who are motivated by sales, confident on the phone, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Cold Calling Prospects in the U.S. to introduce staffing and professional services.
• Lead Qualification : Identify genuine opportunities and filter out non-relevant contacts
• CRM Updates : Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Appointment Setting : Schedule meetings between prospects and senior team members.

Requirements

• Comfortable with phone-based sales and persuasive communication.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools .
• Interest in staffing and HR solutions.
