About the Role
As Key Account Manager – Pharmacies, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic partnerships with leading pharmacy chains in Mexico. This role is central to driving revenue, ensuring in store excellence, and delivering sustainable business growth through effective account management, joint business planning, and execution of promotional strategies.

- Develop and manage strategic relationships with major pharmacy chains.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by driving sustainable growth across key modern trade accounts, such as Modern Pharmacy, Hyper/Supermarket & Minimarket channel. Negotiate commercial agreements, promotions, and product listings to maximize visibility and sales.
- Drive sell in and sell out strategies aligned with Skintific’s brand objectives.
- Build strong pipelines, ensure accurate sales forecasting, and execute account planning. Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to ensure trade marketing and visual merchandising initiatives are executed effectively. Identify and acquire new distributors, while up selling to the existing customer base.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer insights to proactively provide feedback and shape strategy.Prepare regular reports and participate in business reviews to track performance.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation through to successful deal closure and post-sales follow-up.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key modern trade partners, acting as a trusted commercial partner.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate sales forecasting, account planning, and execution aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor, track, and analyze competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and trade initiatives to generate actionable market intelligence.
- Proactively provide insights and recommendations to management based on market trends, channel dynamics, and competitor movements.
What we're looking
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Modern Trade, Key Account Management, or Branch Management within the FMCG industry; experien ce in Personal Care, Skincare, or Beauty categories is highly preferred and Pharmacies.
- Proven track record in managing modern trade acc ounts, Modern Pharmacy, Hyper/Supermarket & Minimarket channel will be plus.
- Strong existing relationships with modern trade accounts will be a significant advantage
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive volume, value, and distribution growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsFluent in English, both written and spokenHighly result-oriented, entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market and competitor insights into actionable strategies.
