Full Stack Developer

About This Role

DXC is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Sales Enablement IT team. This is a hands‑on development role combining traditional full‑stack engineering with AI‑assisted development practices. The ideal candidate is a strong JavaScript developer who embraces AI‑powered development tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to accelerate delivery. You will be building and maintaining the applications and platforms that support our Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, and Marketing teams.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain full‑stack applications supporting Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, and Marketing platforms.
• Build front‑end and back‑end solutions using JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and modern web technologies.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate development velocity and code quality.
• Integrate AI capabilities into applications, embedding LLM‑powered features into user‑facing products.
• Collaborate with the Tech Owner to implement solutions aligned with the technical roadmap and architecture standards.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to ensure high‑quality, iterative delivery.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across all platforms and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack, supporting operational stability.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in full‑stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Node.js, or similar frameworks).
• Experience with AI‑assisted development: GitHub Copilot, Claude Code.
• Understanding of AI/LLM integration patterns for application development.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud‑based architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
