HR Generalist: Labor Relations (Manufacturing/Unionized)

Link-Worldwide is looking for a HR Generalist - Labor Relations in Chihuahua, Mexico. The chosen candidate will manage labor relations within a dynamic manufacturing environment with a unionized workforce, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and company policies.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, along with 2–5 years of HR experience in a similar environment. Strong knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law and good interpersonal skills are essential.
