We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with proven experience in the manufacturing sector. This role involves leading a small team, developing marketing strategies, and driving initiatives that strengthen our brand and market position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage digital campaigns and industry events.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Oversee content creation for digital platforms, brochures, and technical materials.
- Budget, forecast and market strategies to improve the presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, within manufacturing or tools industry.
- Leadership.
- Team management.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Fluent in English.
