Sales Analyst (eCommerce) - Vans

This position is responsible for analyzing Vans eCommerce performance data and supporting the development and execution of tactics to optimize channel performance and maintain healthy KPIs (Sell-In, Sell-Out, Sell-Thru, Months of Stock, Replenishment, Revenue, Upsell, Cross-sell).

Additionally, the role includes the creation and tracking of monthly Purchase Orders (POs), cross-functional collaboration (Sales Ops, Planning, Customer Service, Marketing), and ongoing client communication to support performance analysis, commercial execution and a seamless Vans consumer experience online.

Years of Related Professional Experience:

• 2 years of Retail and/or Sales planning.

Educational/Position Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields

Skills:

• Data and Analytical Skills – Ability to use Data Driven Insights.
• High customer focus with the ability to drive for results.
• English: Intermediate-Advanced level is highly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Strong Excel, Power BI skills and knowledge).

Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements :

Analytical, enjoys working in a team, good communication skills, creative, problem-solver.

Preferably experience in Ecommerce

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure achievement of Vans eCommerce objectives, including Sell-In and Sell-Out targets
• Analyze and develop Vans eCommerce commercial reports, focusing on inventory performance and sales to support strategic decision-making and Sell-In optimization
• Develop and execute operational tactics to sustain Vans eCommerce performance, including product analysis, replenishment strategy, catalog management, site performance, and conversion funnel analysis
• Ensure effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Identify and drive commercial opportunities through data analysis, supporting Vans’ consumer-first and digitally connected growth
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Customer Service, Planning, and Marketing teams
• Manage direct communication with partners, including performance analysis and commercial negotiations
