Our Cardiovascular team develops leading solutions for heart recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke.

You will join a proud heritage of continually elevating standards of care for stroke, heart failure and atrial fibrillation (AFib) patients.

We are searching for the best talent for Clinical Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the business priorities, activities and development of a clinical team that includes Supervisors, Clinical Account Specialists (CAS), Associate Clinical Account Specialists (ACAS), Clinical Account Technicians (CAT) and partner with Field Service Engineers (FSE), and others to deliver superior customer service and alignment that are critical to meet business objectives.
  • Complete all the team\'s clinical training and certifications.
  • Understand and contribute to clinical team upskilling via field visits.
  • Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with physicians, laboratory staff, key administration personnel, and relevant hospital executives, in order to grow and develop the business.
  • Drive the territory business plan, in line with company objectives, through regular communications to the clinical team, providing assessments of current business state, opportunities for growth and the action plan to achieve the business plan.
  • Have other key responsibilities including support of commercial execution and new product introductions, comply with company policies, making budgetary proposals and following up on contracts.
  • Execute with operational efficiency and maintain a well designed equipment upgrade strategy in order to drive market share gains.
  • Amplify a culture of collaboration, trust, transparency, inclusion, and employee well-being.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Three years of healthcare and/or business-to-business sales experience or equivalent level experience in a cardio/cardiovascular environment
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree
  • Previous medical device people leader experience.
  • Cardiology/cardiovascular or medical device industry
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Prior management experience

Safe Fleet Requirements

  • Since this position is eligible for Company Car as a working tool, it is also required:
  • Valid driver\'s license.
  • At least 3 years of driving a car experience, preferably in highway zones (between 80 and 110 km/h) and with standard vehicles.
